I found this delicious raspberry sugar at the Tea and Spice Exchange (http://www.spiceandtea.com/). One of the suggested uses is as a glass rimer for Champagne. What a fantastic idea!By the way, my current favorite herbal tea comes from the Spice and Tea Exchange. Their cinnamon plum tea is a real treat and so perfect for cold days.
